The Contract

These terms and conditions apply to any provision of services and constitute a legal document that is an agreement between the Company and the Client. By booking service with Rometoursconnections.com and through this website, you agree to have Read, Understood, and Fully Accepted All Terms of Service listed below. It's your responsibility to ensure that services and information provided by Advisorinitaly.com . on this website meets your precise requirements. If you disagree with any parts of our terms of service, please contact us.

Privacy

All of our clients private information given to our company will never be distributed to a third party and it will never be publicly visible. Your email address will only be used to send you any information that you have specifically requested to be notified about. All rates are quoted in Euro funds. Rates include gasoline, expressway tolls, parking fees and Vat.

Rates

Rates do not include client's meals, entrance fees to museums, churches or other monuments or any other clients personal expenses. Gratuities are at clients' discretion.

Payments

Rates can be paid at the end of each tour directly to the driver in Euros cash. The credit card information will be used only to confirm our customers reservations, the card will not be charged except for any cases of cancellation policies. Regarding payment made at the end of each tour the amount do will be the same mention on the confirmation form which we always suggest to have it with you on the day of the tour. Service before 7 AM and after 8 PM add 20% night charge.

Tour confirmation

All contracts of any service will be considered booked only after you received and accepted our confirmation form by e-mail. No services or changes will be made or confirmed by phone.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of reserved services with less than a week (7 days) notice in advance via e-mail or fax - Full Charges.
